比較: 美感，直覺性，流暢，預期反應



1.美感方面:7 house網站提供了圖片直接給買家參考，而housing map在這方面較需要改善;不過housing map在這方面較有直感。

2.直覺性方面:7 house有提供詳細的尋找工具，housing或許是國外地大，房子密度沒有台灣來的高，所以不太需要此服務。

3.流暢度比較:7 house 跑的速度需要加強，而housing map則流暢度一流，讓買家不會出現厭煩。

4.預期反應比較:兩者比較下來，7 house在業績方面與housing map比較，略佔一籌，由於台灣地小，寸土寸金，而國外有時附近都沒有住家，買房的業績相較之下會比較差。

1. Upload a sample ppt to Google Docs.
2. Publish the uploaded ppt.
3. Embed the online ppt to your blog.

The reason to do so is that the readers don't have to have ppt to view your presentation. For example, some users work with Linux or Unix, and others work with MacOS. They will appreciate you for doing so.
